In the middle of 2005, Mike Duncan decided to leave the Ghost Raven family and continue on his own. We wish Mike the best of fortune in his new endeavors.

The other members of Ghost Raven moved to Texas, and re-established their artist community near Austin. After these internal unheavals and move during the middle of 2005 and the efforts to set up new studios in 2006, the Ghost Raven artists decided to change their working name from Ghost Raven to Spirit Raven because it more accurately reflects the philosophical outlook of the group. We are currently in the process of revising and expanding our line of original art work in multiple forms of media and updating our website. Our show schedule in 2006 has been truncated because of these changes, but we plan on doing many more shows in 2007.

Spirit Raven participated in the Longs Peak Scottish/Irish Highland Festival held in Estes Park, CO on September 8th - 10th. Two new t-shirt designs were introduced to great acceptance. Also introduced was a new line of 100% silk scarves embroidered with original Elantu designs. These scarves were a big hit with women. Elantu also displayed 3 new knotwork mandalas, 2 new dragons, 2 new Celtic warriors, a new miniture knotwork, and a new line of miniture angel/guardians.
