Payment Options

You can pay for your merchandise by credit card, check, or money order. Return to top

Credit Cards

At this time we are accepting the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and Discover. The cards being accepted are subject to change without notice. The amount of the purchase will be charged to the credit card at the time the products are shipped. Return to top

Checks or Money Orders

We do accept checks and/or money orders. The merchandise will be shipped after the check and/or money order clears the bank. Please allow seven working days for domestic (USA banks) checks to clear. Foreign (non-USA banks) checks and money orders may take up to a month or more to clear. Return to top

Order Fulfillment

Please allow two to four weeks for order fulfillment. If it will take longer than four weeks to fulfill your order we will notify you and provide an estimate of the length of time it will take to fulfill the order. If we have the item in stock, we usually are able to fulfill your order and ship within two days. Since most of our items are handmade by us, it may take a week or two to make the item for you if we are out of stock. Return to top

Shipping

We usually ship by Priority Mail in the United States. The shipping and handling costs for domestic mailing is $6.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item. Federal Express and United Parcel Service is also available for domestic orders. Contact us for pricing. For international orders individual arrangements will be made for shipping through consultation with the customer. Services available include Mail, United Parcel Service, Federal Express and AirBorne. Return to top

Returns

If not completely satisfied with the merchandise, the customer can return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping costs. The refund will be in kind. Credit charges will be credited to your credit card account, checks and money orders will be refunded by company check. Return to top

Guarantee

All products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship. If there is a problem with a product, contact us so arrangements can be made to repair and/or replace the product.
